We'll agree on review windows (e.g. 24–48 hours). Hitting those keeps your agreed build schedule on track.
Extra pages, custom features or big copy changes outside the package can extend the timeline. We'll keep scope clear so we hit the deadline.
Protocol / Queries
Single-page website setup $1,140; multi-page setup from $2,940 (standard scope; custom quotes may differ). Both include the first 12 months of hosting and SSL, plus copy and design, launch, image optimisation, help with your Google Business Profile, and domain, email, and phone setup as agreed. If you're not on Tradie CRM, ongoing hosting is $19/month after that included period. Tradie CRM is optional at $240/month (same price whichever site you choose), and that monthly fee includes hosting as part of the platform plus the live CRM experience: lead capture, missed call text-back, follow-up automation, and pipeline. Three-month minimum on CRM when you subscribe, then month-to-month. No hidden fees. Prices are in AUD; we are a sole trader and not GST registered, so no GST applies to our fees.
For a single-page site, we typically get you live in about 7 working days once we've received everything we asked for—content, assets, logins, and approvals back within the windows we agree at kickoff. Multi-page sites usually need about 2–3 weeks for standard scope because there's more to design, write, and wire. If materials arrive late or approvals stretch out, the timeline moves; we always confirm realistic dates at kickoff and keep you posted.

We write the copy based on your industry, competition, and your advantage over competitors locally, plus ideal onsite SEO. You're offered to review and amend copy before final handover. For photos we can use quality stock images.
You own your website design, copy, and content. Hosting and SSL are included for the first 12 months with your website setup. If you're not on Tradie CRM, ongoing hosting is $19/month after that (month-to-month). If you subscribe to Tradie CRM, hosting is included in the $240/month fee; there's a 3-month minimum, then month-to-month with 30 days' notice. If you cancel CRM, you can downgrade to a $19/month hosting-only plan to keep your site live, or we'll provide a static export of all your files within 30 business days. Either way, you keep everything we created for you.
The $240/month Tradie CRM fee covers hosting for your live site plus your full lead management system: contact management and pipeline, missed call text-back, follow-up automation, and calendar/enquiry flow. If you don't take CRM, your setup includes the first 12 months of hosting; after that, website-only hosting is $19/month. No hidden fees.
Yes, mobile-first is standard. Most of your leads will find you on their phone, so we build for that first.
The calendar and enquiry flow in your system keeps every lead tracked. You'll see new leads, who's been contacted, who's been quoted, and won/lost status so nothing gets forgotten.
We include one small tweak per month. Contact us to discuss what counts as a 'small tweak' and what additional costs could apply for larger amendments post setup.
Yes. We set everything up and train you. You'll manage everything from your phone or laptop. No coding or IT experience needed.
You keep your design and content. The landing page goes offline and you lose access to the system, hosting, and automations. You can re-host the site elsewhere if you have the files.
