A brand-new business with nothing to its name. No logo, no website, not a single word of copy. We built the whole identity in 8 weeks.
Total Build Remedial Services entered one of construction’s most technical fields with serious trade expertise and absolutely nothing to show for it. Bright Path Creative built everything from a blank page — the brand, a 26-page website, every word of specialist copy, and the workwear their crew turns up in — and positioned them to win commercial contracts from day one.

The problem
Expert trade. Zero presence. Nothing to show.
TBR works at the technical end of construction. Their work isn’t cosmetic, it’s structural: water ingress, concrete cancer, failing waterproofing membranes, non-compliant installations. These are the problems that damage buildings, create liability for owners, and get ignored until they become expensive. Their clients are strata corporations, aged care providers, and commercial facility managers handing over serious, high-value scopes on live, occupied buildings.
When they came to Bright Path Creative, they had nothing. No logo. No website. No copy. No brand identity of any kind. A highly capable team, entering a competitive commercial market, completely invisible. Any strata manager searching for a remedial specialist would walk straight past them, because there was nothing to find.
There was a second, harder problem underneath the first. Remedial building is genuinely difficult to explain. The people signing off the work — a strata committee, a facilities director, an aged care board — are rarely engineers. A site full of accurate technical detail that nobody outside the trade can follow would have been just as useless as no site at all.

The idea
Collect · Redirect · Drain · Protect
Almost every problem TBR is called to fix comes down to water going somewhere it shouldn’t — across balconies, rooftops, planters, car parks and façades. So rather than write a site that listed services, we built the whole thing around a four-part story of how water is actually managed.
It gives a strata manager a way to understand the work without a trade background, and it gives TBR a way to explain the difference between a patch and a repair in a single sentence. It now runs through the site, their quoting, and their sales conversations — and it is the reason the site reads like a specialist rather than a contractor.
Collect
Capture water at the surface or at defined drainage layers, instead of letting it wander through the structure.
Redirect
Shape falls, flashings and joints so water is guided away from risk areas rather than trapped against them.
Drain
Provide clear, maintainable paths to get water out of the building quickly and safely.
Protect
Install durable systems and coatings that protect the structure and extend the life of the asset.
“Fix the full water path and protect the building for the long term, not just patch the symptom.”
The build
The whole homepage, top to bottom.
Scroll the frame below to move through the live homepage exactly as a strata manager would: the Melbourne skyline hero, the “band-aid fixes” problem framing, the three service categories, the consulting and reporting split, a project case study, the three brand pillars, testimonials, and a final site-inspection call to action.

What we built
Four disciplines. One team. One identity.
This wasn’t a single-service job. TBR needed a brand, a website, every word of content, and physical workwear — built from scratch and working together as one identity. Most new businesses assemble that across three or four suppliers over several months. TBR got it from one team in eight weeks.
Brand Identity & Logo
A complete visual identity from a blank page — the interlocking TBR mark, a blue and near-black palette, typography, and a versioned brand guide the team can hand to any supplier.
26-Page Website
A full WordPress build spanning nine service pages, eight common-issue pages, consulting and reporting, about, careers, contact, and a blog — structured so a strata manager can self-diagnose before they call.
Technical Copywriting
Every word written by BPC — membrane systems, concrete repair methodology, efflorescence, non-compliant installs. Specialist copy pitched at facility managers and engineers, not consumers.
Messaging Framework
Collect · Redirect · Drain · Protect — a four-part diagnostic story built to make a technical trade memorable, and repeated across the site, quotes, and sales conversations.
Lead Capture Built In
Two purpose-built intake forms — a Water Test Report request and a Building Issue Consultation request — that convert a browsing facility manager into a booked site visit.
Work Apparel Design
Branded jackets, polos and site wear for crew and management, so the identity clients meet online is the same one that turns up on the roof.
Site architecture
Built so buyers can self-diagnose before they call.
The site is deliberately split in two. Services answer “what can you do for me?” Common issues answer “what on earth am I looking at?” — the question a facility manager actually starts with when a ceiling is staining or a balcony is failing. Every symptom page routes to the relevant service and an intake form.
Service pages
Overview plus waterproofing, torch-on and liquid membranes, concrete repair, resurfacing and asphalt, roof and façade, soil stabilisation, general works
Common-issue pages
Waterproofing failures, basement water damage, roof leaks, moisture penetration, ceiling water damage, efflorescence, non-compliant installs
Core pages
Home, about, consulting and reporting, contact, careers, blog, terms
Lead-capture forms
Water test report request and building issue consultation request
Off the screen
The identity travels to the roof.
A brand that only exists on a website stops working the moment someone meets the crew. TBR’s people are on live, occupied buildings, working alongside corporate facilities teams and strata professionals who notice how a contractor turns up.
We designed branded jackets, polos and site wear for crew and management, applying the same mark and palette as the website and brand guide. The professionalism a client sees online is the professionalism that walks onto their roof.

The outcome
A business that looks the part — from screen to job site.
TBR launched with a complete, professional identity that most new businesses spend months assembling across multiple providers. Eight weeks, one team, four disciplines — and a site with enough technical substance that it does real work in a sales process rather than just existing.
Since going live, the site has drawn consistent praise from exactly the audience it was built for: strata management firms, aged care operators, and commercial building managers describing it as thorough, detailed, professional and easy to navigate. That is feedback that carries weight when a client is deciding who to trust with a high-value remediation scope on an occupied building.
The business came from nothing and launched with everything. The foundation is built right, and it is built to extend — new service pages, new symptom pages, and new case studies all drop into an architecture that was designed to grow.

In their words
“Sara took us from a blank page to a fully live website — brand, copy, layout, and all the structure in between. She was flexible as things evolved and kept the whole process well managed throughout. The site looks exactly how we needed it to look to work with the calibre of clients we’re going after. We’ve had great feedback since launch. Highly recommend Bright Path Creative.”
